Our Firm's History

img_aboutPro-Flo Water Transfer, Inc. was founded in 2006 by career oilfield service men: Randy Prince, James Martin, and David Theriot. All have over 30 years each in the industry. Each founder started on the ground floor as hourly employees and worked their way up to owners of different service companies.

Each began his oilfield career in stimulation services through prior work experience with Halliburton, Pool Well Service or Acid Engineers. Following successful careers with those companies, they branched off to build and eventually sell Dyna Coil, a workover service provider, to BJ Services as well as Trans Texas Well Service, a well servicing provider, to an undisclosed buyer. Today, they interact daily with Pro-Flo’s operations managers and crews providing leadership in all phases of operations.

Beyond the senior leadership, our success is a direct result of the hard work our crews put in on each and every job. Our Employees are the pride of our organization and aim to uphold our sterling reputation in the field, at the wellsite, and in the office. Our growth has only been made possible by our ability to recruit and train the most competent and capable crews. Today, we employ over 100 highly trained professional crew members, managers, and administrative staff personnel.
